about
bio i was born & raised in a small southern town w/42 churches n 1 high school. it's a strange town that was built by the US gov during WWII to create the atomic bomb. after a very conservative upbringing (southern & asian - can one possibly have a stricter coupling?), i went west 2 ucla where i fell off the asian wavelength n became the black sheep of my over-achieving familyafter my BA in english, i somehow became a broadcast engineer at nbc where i learned 2 program the 16-monitor electrosonic videowall, edit on an ips-100, run graphics on the infinit & max character generators, man (woman) a camera, roll a teleprompterwanderlust hit n i moved 2 nyc, where my career died although i managed 2 get my first 3 union cards: dga (director's guild of america), nabet (national association of broadcast engineers), ibew (international brotherhood of electrical workers). life lesson: it doesn't matter what u know, it matters who u know... n i didn't know anyone. so, i got my real estate & notary licenses... but didn't sell anything,.. so, i began working in front of the camera. did a little fitness modeling n developed a shy passion 4 acting that has finally blossomed into a full instinct. i now live in los angeles although i go back to my beloved new york several times every year

random factsi speak mandarin chinese, french, a little spanish & the african language pulaarhaveve never even checked the oil level in my car, but i fixed the master n slave cylinders in my hydraulic clutch by downloading info on the 'net n buying some tools at pepboys. although i can fix a car, i haven't mastered driving; last year, i was in 3 um... car mishaps.met the president of gabon omar bongo at the waldorf right b4 he diedsat in on the private JV meeting w/malcolm bricklin n george soros in hong konggot unjustly strip-searched in bermudadropped out of columbia grad school 2 go surfing in costa rica 4 a monthspent 6 weeks in england last summer. went 2 cardiff in wales, yorkshire, gloucester, stonehenge, manchester n king's lynn last summerage range of my friends > 18-63. quite a diverse mix: retired engineers, models, a kleptomaniac (not allowed in my pad), fashion photographers, computer techs, DJsmy chihuahuas r 15 n 12, got 'em long b4 those taco bell commercials n h-wood types like paris hilton got them - am convinced sure i set that trend lolcollect meissen, dresden n limoges porcelainhave 2 tattoos - on my left arm is a yin-yang sign that symbolizes polarity n a 3" celtic cross surrounding it 2 honor my aunt. also have 3 chinese characters on my right armin my frig, u will always find radishes and in my cupboard, there's always canned soup
